Flowers for Europe Day

In honor of Europe Day, teachers and children of Daugavpils Draudzīgā aicinājuma vidusskola preschool community planted self-grown marigold flowers in the twelve boxes near the school (Aveņu Street 40). Partners of the Erasmus+ project "Road to the green future" from Italy, Spain and Turkey (2022-1-LV01-KA210-SCH-000082391) were also involved in the planting activity. The work done together strengthened friendship, generations cooperation and caring for a greener Europe. The flowers will delight with their beauty the nearby inhabitants until the first frosts of autumn.
